Type 1 MOT 0-40mm (Sub-Base)

Our Type 1 MOT 0–40mm Carboniferous Limestone is a premium sub-base material, ideal for driveways, roads, patios, footpaths, and other applications requiring a strong, compacted base. It consists of crushed carboniferous limestone gravel, providing a hardwearing and load-bearing layer that ensures long-term stability.

When compacted, the fine mixture provides an even, stable surface ready for top coatings such as asphalt, concrete, shingle, or block paving. Suitable for commercial and domestic projects, our MOT Type 1 is available in 400kg or 800kg bags and fully complies with Highways Standards CL803.
